MBH equips the Naameh landfill 7MW power plant in Lebanon with 7 containerized gas gen-sets

MBH has equipped the Naameh landfill 7MW Power Plant with 7 containerized generating sets, each powered by GE Jenbacher J320 GS genset type of 1MW capacity each. The total output power is being exported to the Lebanese grid for a period of 15 years.

The power plant which was constructed by a local contractor, is made up of two parts, one is the treatment system of the landfill gas mainly through carbon filters, and the second part is the generation plant itself. The power plant is connected to the Damour substation via 12km 20kV underground cables to feed the local network.
